How many Miracles does it take to believe?

This Week has been full of miracle stories..Last friday my uncle said he was performing the adoration of the Eucharist (He's a Catholic Priest) and states the Eucharist (body of Jesus, the bread they break to represent Jesus's body) started changin color (normally the bread is white ) and the image of Jesus appeared..it got brighter and brighter throughout the day and happened in front of 600-700 people and the image lasted about 7 hrs! Truly amazing!!!!!!!!!
Then I went to one of my patients house and she had a picture that i just happened to see of this beam of light radiating down on the tombstone..she said it was taken by her aunt and uncle and when they got the pic developed it had the beam of light and you can see an Angel within the light with angel wings and to the right the image of Jesus. Awesome pic..she then shared a story about how she met a kid who was in a car accident and how the day before they were goimg to pull the plug and he woke up the next day! and now has had a FULL RECOVERY! Priase God!
Then the next day I heard that my brother in law and sister in law lost control of their vehicle while traveling and hit black ice and turned over their vehicle ..don't know how many times..it's a miracle they only escpaed with minor abrasions/bruises and slight soreness..Truly amazing!
Today as I was reading "The boy who came back from heaven" which God led me to buy through a friends comment since she said the book reminded her of my mom's story. The book is about a boy who was in a car accident and ended up in a coma thereafter and about his recovery ..one night one of the prayer warriors were praying hin his room at 3 am and heard water dripping ..this occured exactly 3 times and then an all knowing came to her from God that there were 3 angels at the head of his bed and holding the boy's neck..a few days later another lady called the family and said she had a vision of 3 angels standing at the head of the bed holding his neck and painted a pic of the image..which reminded me of the 3 angels ashley saw under my bed and Donna feeling led to give my mom the painting she drew of the flowers.
As i was thinking of the weeks events..which was a lot for one week..I got to thinking about "how many Miracles does it take to believe?" I think about why can't others see what I see which is God working in so many lives..He's constantly performing miracles and making himself known and revealing things..The key is to actively search /keep your eyes open and to have a deeper realationship with Jesus..I realize we can't change anyone but we can share with them what God is doing and hopefully by the power of the Holy Spirit they will be able to "see" What God is trying to show them and they will come to know him as I do. I wish this soooo much for all those that Don't have a relationship with him. ..I get to thinking of Thomas who doubted Christ Resurrection and had to actually Physcially "touch" the wounds of Jesus before he believed. I don't think there is anything wrong with having questions after all Jesus wants us to "seek" him and search ..i believe when you do this the answers will be given to us if that's what Christ wants for us..if not i can accept the "not knowing" and have full /utter faith in my Lord. because after all if we had all the answers we would be God and we dont' /shouldn't want to be God since he deserves all the Glory..It's belittling to him to want to be him..this we Can never do..we will NEVER have all the Answers...
I'm very very thankful for the ways Christ is revealing himeself and truly blessed to have witnessed some of these miracles myself..May you all have a Week of Miracles and may your eyes be oepned to What God may be trying to show you!!!!!!!

Secular music at church?

I just recently visited a church in Destin for a "ladies only" retreat for a night of worship/praise and to hear a great speaker. As we were walking in they were playing secular music ..almost like I felt like i was at a "club" than church ...Is this Normal I ask myself?..I really didn't get a sense of feeling God's presence but then the band on stage started playing Christian music and I was yearning for the presence of God to fill me. I was able to worship and I enjoyed the speaker.. but as we were leaving they had a fire pit outside to stand around and chat and Music was Blaring loudly for any bystander that was driving by could clearly hear the sound of Lady Gaga's music..ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? Seriously you would actually play that type of Secular music that's not by any way shape or form Christian right outside God's house and you could hear it in inside the church? What does God think? Would he really be okay for that type of trashy music to be played at his supposedly "holy" house..I feel like his temple was being "desecrated"..I have NEVER in my life heard any type of secular music being played EVER at church..Is that what it takes to draw in the unchurched..Do they really think that's how to win people to his kingdom?? I have been praying about this and I really feel that that isn't right and my heart is very restless. I feel we as Christians need to stand up before our Churches start going all showy and forgetting about the morals that we need to be obtaining and standing up for..I will be contacting them and asking the meaning behind this ..

upcoming mission trip!

I am preparing to go to Nicaragua on on medical mission trip in March! I'm very excited and feel it's my time to go . We will be there a week and I'm going with a group called International Impact Ministries which is run by an AWESOME Pastor. I am very blessed to be given this privelege! I am also hoping to meet the child that Josh and I sponsor through Compassion International while I'm there..I've been coordinating with Compassion and they just told me he will be able to travel to come see me (ill be around 2 hours from where he lives) and they will arrange somewhere to go to lunch. I can't wait! Also I've had many people give to buying the medical supplies that are needed so Thanks to all who Have donated..It will go a long way and many will be blessed. The bargain box at my church gave an exceeding amt towards this mission and I'm truly grateful..I had a figure in mind and God went way and above (which he normally does) and I am FOREVER GRATEFUL!
I'll keep everyone updated and will be sure to write about my experience and How God is moving over there..Please keep me and the team that is going in your prayers for Safety/protection (from all viruses/bacteria) and to keep us healthy so we can work for God's Kingdom and that many lives will be changed..theirs and ours! 3:33 becoming more prevalent

This past week in Bible study on wed night we watched the video "The Star of Bethlehem" where they study the Star (they are able to go back to when Jesus was Born and when he died and what it looked like in the sky in those days )..It showed 2 stars joined together right over the town of Bethlehem on exactly Dec 25th (when the wise men arrived)..according to scripture the star stopped right over Bethlehem. Then they fast forwarded 33 years later (the age Jesus was when he died) and it states in scripture that the sky turned dark at 3pm in the afternoon when Jesus breathed his last. It was the 3rd hour when they crucified him, the 6th hour when darkness came over the land and the 9th hour was when Jesus breathed his last (happened every 3 hours..3:33..
According to Mark chapter 15. They found a lunar eclipse had occured on April 3, 33..again 3:33..I couldn't believe the date...was this what God has been trying to reveal to me through showing me 3:33 in the time and on various things? (coupons, for sale items and the best yet..I went to my patients house yesterday and i asked how much she had voided (gone pee)..she has a foley cath bag and her caregiver said "exactly 33.3333 every hour..I said "are you serious?".."how do you know that number?"..he said she had gone pee 400 ml every 12 hours and divided 400/12..and you get 33.333..I then took it as a sign to let them know of my testimony since I started laughing ..they were totally blown away and they are Christians so it was easy to tell them..They were greatly encouraged.
I FIRMLY believe 3:33 is a Holy Number and God is defintely communicating through this ..I'm very excited to see what else he will choose to reveal to me!!!!!

3:33 in Biblical Scripture

I have been praying the last few weeks for God to reveal the meaning/significance behind 3:33 since 3 and 33 are everywhere..there have been a lot of coupons recently for 33 percent off..I just chuckle :). I was reading Rev 3 vs 3 the other day (see prev blog post) about "waking up" and then I was reading more in Revelation Chapter 8 about the 7 trumpets were sounded and it talks about "a third" starting in Rev 8 vs 7: "A third of the earth was burned up, a third of the trees were burned up, and all the green grass was burned up.
VS 8-9: "The second Angel sounded his trumpet, and something like a huge mountain, all ablaze, was thrown into the sea. A third of the sea turned into blood, a third of the living creatures in the see died, and a third of the ships were destroyed." 3:33
VS 10-11: "The third angel sounded his trumpet, and a great star, blazing like a torch, fell from the sky on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water-the name of the star is Wormwood. A third of the waters turned bitter, and many people died from the waters that had become bitter." 3:33
VS 12:" The fourth angel sounded his trumpet, and a third of the sun was struck, a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, (3:33), so that a third of them turned dark. A third of the day was without light, and also a third of the night." 3:33
VS 13: " As I watched, I heard an eagle that was flying in midair call out in a loud voice: "Woe, Woe, Woe (3), to the inhabitants of the earh, because of the trumpet blasts about to be sounded by the other three angels!"
The trumpets are the second of three judgements of Revelation, each of which is sevenfold : seven seals, seven trumpets, and seven bowls (3) and 7 x 3-21..hmm.

It is something to think about..I firmly believe God is wanting everyone to be prepared..we do not know the day or the hour he is coming ..It's very neat seeing God communicate through the numbers 3:33..some of you may think i'm crazy but I really do know that this is from God especially since it's being revealed through his mighty and powerful word..I hope each of you will study it for yourself !
Jeremiah 33:3 states "Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know"

Signs and more signs..

As some of you may know my dad was at the Mayo clinic this am and was having tests since they found stomach polyps and further testing is needed..I was getting ready for work this am and God was telling me I needed to go to scripture..I was just reading and then i guess I happened to flip the pages and it landed on Romans 15:13 Which i happened to have underlined: " May the God of Hope Fill you will all Joy and Peace as you TRUST in him so that you may OVER FLOW with HOPE by the power of the Holy Spirit.". I was thinking of that before my pages happened to flip since I felt hopeful this am and I felt God telling me to share that with my parents as they awaited to see the MD so I sent it to encourage them..It's so neat how God will give you a verse relating EXACTLY to how you are feeling each day..the previous day He gave me more scripture relating to 3:33 (see previous blogs) ..I just "happened" to be on Revelation Chapter 3 in my bible in a year and as I was reading I got to verse 2 and 3 it states "WAKE UP! Strengthen what remains and is about to die, for I have not found your deeds complete in the sight of my God. Remember, therefore, what you have recieved and heard. Obey it and repent. But if you do not WAKE UP, I will come like a thief in the night, and you will NOT KNOW at what time i will come to you"..The light bulb then clicked on since this Verse relates to 3:33 significance and God originally waking me up exactly at 3:33 and Ashley saying "wake up " on the baby monitor. I believe we all need to "wake up " before it's too late..we DO NOT know the day or the hour in which our time on earth will be over..as I look around i see Cancer on the rise and Life is short..whether we leave before Jesus's return or when Jesus does return we will die eventually and If you do not know Christ as your personal Lord and Savior I pray right now that your eyes will turn to him and will come to know him.
He's always giving you signs of his presence/existence..we just have to be open to them..for instance today i went EXACTLY 33 miles with home health today and once last week..what are the chances of that ?? 33..is the age of Jesus when he died. (see prev. blog).
I Pray we remember that Jesus is the reason for the Season and may we all keep our eyes wide open so we don't miss what God wants to show us!

tea and testimony!

I feel so extremely blessed/overwhelmed at the tea I went to for one of my nursing friends that has been diagnosed with Cancer. The testimony that 3 people shared tonight were amazing and reminded me of the things I went through with mom being ill..some shared 'signs" from God that they had gotten from him when they were ill. But the last testimony is truly amazing and I know God would love for me to share his testimony..This 14 year old kid was riding his 4 wheeler and he got into an accident..no helmet. got pinned and it rolled on top of him 4 times. He had to have part of his skull removed since to reduce pressure in his brain and dr's told him he would never see, never talk and never walk. He went up to the mic tonight (walked and talked) and told us his side of the story of his heavenly experience and said he "woke" up and saw beautiful lights..lights he has never seen before and there were a lot of kids around him and were all happy and to his rt was Jesus in this bright light and he saw his grandfather and great grandfather ..they all hugged him and said to tell his grandmother that he loves her dearly. He then said he was walking with his grandfather and Jesus along side a river and beautiful flowers and colors everywhere. He said Jesus took him and told him to go back to earth and share with everyone what he has seen and that he may not have "vision" on earth but he gave him "vision" of heaven to share with everyone. He is still blind but he can talk and walk (which is a MIRACLE). It was so inspiring and I thank God I was so blessed to have heard that.
On my way home I was just so happy and so overcome by the holy spirit ..as i was driving I was in a thicket of fog and all of a sudden I saw the figure of jesus within the fog and he was moving to the left in the fog..it only lasted for a few seconds but it was VERY CLEAR and he has his arms outstretched. I then felt the presence of his wonderful spirit within the car and was just so overcome. He's soooo Amazing and I feel once again blessed that he allowed me to "see" him.
I have several people that I know personally that are battling Cancer and I just feel this night has given me more hope/encouragement especially with the finding of stomach polyps in my dad and the unknown of what is to happen in the future..but I do know God is in control and we can get through all things through him ALONE who gives me Strength..
Please pray for the following people with Cancer..pray for strength , pray for healing, and pray for peace:
